Nav Pal is an award-winning Podcast Studio Manager at Haymarket Media Group and was a member of the inaugural PPA Next Gen Board. She leads Haymarket’s podcast division, overseeing a portfolio of 17 shows across medical, marcomms, and energy & environment brands, which includes the PPA Audio Content of the Year 2025 winner, The Campaign Podcast. Nav also manages a team of in-house producers within the podcast studio.

Nav began her career at Haymarket as a publishing apprentice in 2017 and has since progressed to establish and lead the company’s podcast studio, building a dynamic and growing audio offering. Outside of her professional role, she co-hosts, produces, and edits her own sports podcast.
