When Amy left the ad industry to use her voice full time, she decided to help other people step into their brilliance, regardless of what society says. Her bestselling book, The Little Girl Who Gave Zero Fucks is about what would happen if we all worried less, and has been described as a “feminist handbook” by Glamour magazine. Amy loves to teach, having run the media strategy course at Bournemouth University, and the history of the creative industries at Kingston. She’s the co-founder of a non-profit diversity organization called DICE (Diversity and Inclusion at Conferences and Events) which helps events organisers curate more inclusive lineups, and she regularly ruffles feathers for her DEI contributions, focused on intersectionality and moving beyond lip service to drive real change.
